Description
Henry, the Hoosac Tunnel Engineer, is a smart bear who designed the 5-mile long Hoosac Tunnel that connects Western Massachusetts with the rest of the world. The Eastern portal of the tunnel is in Florida while the western portal in the valley of North Adams. This tunnel took 24 years to build and was completed in 1877 to make it easy to transport passengers and cargoes from Boston to Troy. Henry is 8.5” tall and wears a red bandana, denim overall and a matching engineer’s hat.
