Vintage Wigwam Western Summit Cabins
The back is a water mark of the image of the Wigwam store. The text on the back: The Wigwam is located in historic North Adams, Massachusetts off of the iconic Mohawk Trail Scenic Byway. Since 1914 motorists have stopped here for the spectacular views and sunsets then dropping in for coffee, snacks and gifts. Today this delightful Berkshire destination is renovated and inviting. Wiggy The Bear welcomes you, live music in the Musician’s Corner, outdoor picnic tables, The Tree of Hope, cold brew coffee or beer plus wine at the Skybar and much more to discover including four rustic cabins.
This is a true vintage post card. Limited availability. Sells on eBay for $15.00.
Originally built in 1930 these original Wigwam cabins welcomed motorists who traveled the Mohawk Trail from all over New England.
Today four of the original cabins remain and they’ve been lovingly restored with heating, air conditioning, mini refrigerator and LED lighting. Each cabin has a full bath and either a porch or a deck. Each of the cabins also has an outdoor living and dining area with private BBQ grills, picnic tables and fire pits.
